STEPS TO AVAIL YOUR PROPERTIES:
STEP 1: Choose your unit.
STEP 2: Fill up the Buyers Information Sheet and Request for Reservation and Offer to Purchase Form.
STEP 3: Reserve your Unit and submit your required documents to your Real Estate Consultant.
1. Empire East Land Holdings Inc. reserves the right to correct any error that may appear on this price list.
2. The Reservation Fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation or withdrawal of the buyer.
3. All Checks should be made payable to Empire East Land Holdings Inc.
4. PRICES are subject to change without prior notice.
5. REBATE (300-450) is given upon issuance of complete post-dated checks (PDCs) within 30 days from reservation date (security check / undertaking).
